Tony joined the National Association of College Stores (NACS; Oberlin, Ohio) as the director of education in October 2001. In October 2010, Tony was promoted to Chief Knowledge Officer, and in August 2013, to Vice President for Industry Advancement. He is responsible for guiding knowledge management initiatives for NACS, directing the development and implementation of professional development programs including the CAMEX (the association’s primary annual conference), other face-to-face training, online courses and webinars, and managing all aspects of the NACS Certified Collegiate Retailer (CCR) program. Tony’s experience includes more than 20 years of work in training, teaching, coaching, and leadership education. He has been working in associations for more than 17 years. Prior to coming to NACS, Tony was the Associate Executive Director of the Association of College Unions International (ACUI). Tony earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in May 2001, and holds a Master of Science in Education from Indiana University-Bloomington and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.
