Biography

Tracey serves as the Manager of Academic, Online, and Workforce Development Initiatives for the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education. Her primary role is the project manager for micro-credentials and UpskillOK as well as Open Educational Resources (OER) initiatives. Tracey is an Oklahoma native with degrees in Business Administration and Adult Education. She has worked in higher ed since 2010. Before joining the Regents in 2022, she worked at the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) as the Manager of Finance and Operations for the Center for eLearning and Connected Environments.
