Biography

Dr. Elliott has served in leadership roles within higher education for over 30 years, primarily as Dean of Libraries, currently serving as Dean of the University Library at Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU).  She also teaches asynchronously for the FGCU College of Education and School of Information at San José State University.  Dr. Elliott's research focuses on leadership, change management, organizational learning, strategic planning, online learning, and academic library impact on scholarly communication.
