Tracy Russo
Biography
Tracy Russo, Instructional Designer at Northwestern Michigan College, has been designing and developing professional development for practitioners in technology, curriculum, assessment and the arts for over 20 years following her experience teaching elementary school. In addition to her role as the instructional designer and Center for Excellence Board member at NMC, she is currently a doctoral student at Michigan State University in Educational Psychology and Educational Technology. She is a regular contributor to ideaplay.org and a member of the Social Media Council at NMC, researching the relationships between time, technology implementation, and risk taking in higher ed faculty.
