Troy Boroughs has been the Assistant Vice President for Systems & Networks at the University of Richmond for the last 10 years. In this position, he is responsible for the universitys technical infrastructure, administrative systems, networks, and data center. He came to the University with over 15 years of industry experience in manufacturing, finance, and computer consulting and has held a variety of technical and managerial positions, primarily focusing on application and system architecture as well as IT strategy. In particular, he spent five years in the "Strategic Technologies / IT Futures" department of a major credit card company researching and recommending new technologies that would generate future business opportunities. Troy is an MBA graduate of the University of Richmond with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the College of William & Mary.
