Vanessa Ritz
Biography
Vanessa Ritz is the Lead Customer Relationship Managment business analyst at Northeastern University. She has been working with CRM applications and managing CRM implementations for over nine years as a consultant for various firms including Accenture and salesforce.com. She led the deployment of salesforce.com at Northeastern which is now used by the development and advancement teams to manage donors and alumni, as well as potential gifts and University events. Recent projects include the FACT implementation (management of faculty and advisor communication regarding students who may be struggling in their courses), a planned project to expand the parent information in the system, as well as other future efforts. Vanessa completed her B.S. in Chemical Engineering at Johns Hopkins University.EDUCAUSE Presentations
