Biography

Dr. Velmarie Albertini is a distinguished educator, scholar, and leadership coach with over 25 years of experience advancing leadership capacity in higher education and community engaged organizations. She holds a PhD in Sociology and a Master of Social Work and is the founder of The Mālama Center for Life Transition and Leadership Coaching. She partners with academic and organizational leaders and teams to navigate complexity, lead change, and cultivate values grounded leadership that strengthens collaboration, builds adaptive capacity, and advances institutional mission and long term impact.
