Biography

I began my career in higher education IT at Boston University in the mid 80s in operations, then user support. In 1995 I started as a PeopleSoft developer at the University of Hawaii. A few years later I became the PeopleSoft DBA, then picked up Oracle DBA responsibilities for many other applications. I attended the EDUCUASE management program in 2011 when I became the lead of the DBA group. I am now working in the ITSM space, as the primary tool administrator and as a change manager.
