Biography

Vicki Adams is the Director of University Information Systems. Vicki joined the University in 1998. ​Her team is responsible for the ​ERP System (Banner​), the CRM System (Salesforce), and related third party packaged software. She also provides consulting and guidance on software acquisitions​. ​Her professional career in Information Technology includes tours in state government, manufacturing, and the motivation service industry before coming to UD. ​She ha​s a B.S. from the University of Dayton, an A.S. degree from Sinclair Community College, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
