Vicki Rogers is currently the Service Desk Manager for the Information Technology Services department at the University of West Georgia. Vicki is passionate about customer service and describes herself as a true lifelong learner. Vicki has a Bachelor's degree in Management and a Master's degree in Business Education. She is currently working on her EDD in Adult Education at the University of Georgia. Vicki has been at the University of West Georgia for 11 years. Prior to higher education she was a corporate trainer in the Banking Industry. Vicki holds an HDI Support Center Analyst certification and completed the Educause Management Institute after receiving the prestigious Jane N. Ryland Fellowship.
In Vicki's spare time she enjoys chairing her local Relay for Life committee and spending time with her family.
