Biography

Vicki Tambellini is President and CEO of The Tambellini Group, the world’s only independent research and analyst firm solely focused on higher education. In addition to being company founder, she is also an author, speaker, blogger and software developer and has been a recognized thought leader on technology and management issues for over 30 years. She was a senior executive in technology, education and government industries with a focus on higher education. Her background includes management at Oracle in the early 1990s and PeopleSoft's higher education unit where she was General Manager and VP between 1995 and 1999. She has spoken at PeopleSoft's higher education user group, as well as a guest speaker at the Oracle HEUG Executive Forum, Elearning! Institute events, and Campus Management's Annual User Group, among others.

Ms. Tambellini has co-authored white papers on the student life cycle and best practices for upgrading ERP software. She co-authors the highly anticipated annual U.S. Student Information Systems Market Trends and Leaders Report.
