Vicki Williams
Biography
Vicki S. Williams is Manager, Assessment & Evaluation Research at Penn State University where she investigates the effectiveness of technology interventions and their effects on learning and teaching. Her current research focuses on emerging technologies and their role in improving resident and online instruction. Vicki completed her Ph.D. in Instructional Systems at The Pennsylvania State University and her M.Ed. in Science Education at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.Memberships
