Walter began his career in 1979, working with mainframe based CADD and engineering applications. Walter has extensive knowledge of both MicroStation & AutoCAD, and is a former instructor at the University of Houston. In 1997, Walter expanded his areas of expertise to include Engineering Document Management, and has focused on EDMS solutions for the past sixteen years. Walter has been responsible for all pre-sales activities at tsaADVET since joining the firm in 1998.
