Biography

Wendy has worked as an instructional designer at Penn State University for over 18 years. She holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems. She has designed both online and blended courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. She currently oversees the learning design staff at the Filippelli Institute in the College of the Liberal Arts and teaches online for the College of Education and the College of Liberal Arts at Penn State.
