Dr. Wendy Lin-Cook is Vice Provost of Enrollment Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Accomplished strategic enrollment executive with over 20 years of proven success in surpassing enrollment and student retention targets at diverse higher education institutions, including community colleges, R1 universities, and state colleges. Currently participating in the development of multiple AI projects focused on enrollment management, bringing innovative technology solutions to optimize student recruitment and retention strategies.
Expertise in leveraging big data analytics, advanced quantitative modeling, and emerging AI technologies to drive strategic development across the entire student lifecycle, encompassing freshmen, transfer, online, undergraduate, graduate, international, and adult education. Experienced in digital transformation and business process engineering, successfully establishing and enhancing new university departments to improve both enrollment and retention outcomes through data-driven innovation and cutting-edge technological implementation.
