Biography
Bill Reynolds is the Director of Instructional Technology and Media Services (ITMS) at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). He has worked at NJIT for more than 25 years during which time ITMS grew from a 2 person shop with an annual budget of less than $50,000 to an office supported by a staff of 13 and a budget approaching $1,000,000. ITMS provides classroom and lecture hall support through their Instructional Support Services (ISS) division. ISS manages an inventory of more than 2000 pieces of equipment ranging from the most basic of overhead projectors to mobile computer labs and servers. The Instructional Resource Center provides faculty and staff training and development as well as instructional design and production services. The Instructional Video Services performs video and multimedia production and distribution services as well as worldwide distribution of live multimedia. ITMS has produced more than 100 original video telecourses as well as numerous on-line e-Learning courses. Bill received his Bachelor's degree in Media Arts from Jersey City State College and his Masters degree in Educational Media from Seton Hall University.
