William Harris
Biography
Bill has over 30 years experience in public purchasing and currently serves as the Director of Purchasing at the University of Kentucky. Prior to joining the University of Kentucky, he served as Chief Procurement Officer of the University of Missouri System and was responsible for purchasing, accounts payable, central stores and asset management of four campuses. Bill is currently Senior Vice President of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Education Procurement (NAEP). The Universal Public Purchasing Certification Council has designated him as a Certified Public Purchasing Officer (CPPO).EDUCAUSE Presentations
