Biography
Department of Educational Psychology of the College of Education at Northern Arizona University. He is coordinator of a graduate training program in School Counseling on the Navajo and Hopi Reservations. He is also an experienced online instructor teaching a variety of graduate and undergraduate psychology and counseling courses. Previously, he was Director of the Employee Development Program for Texas A&M University. Bill was also the Director for graduate, undergraduate and technical programs offered in six countries by Maryland in Europe. Bill has also been Director of Graduate Counseling Programs for the Asian and European Divisions of the University of Maryland. He has also taught graduate counseling courses across Europe for the Overseas Division of Boston University. He has also had the opportunity to teach graduate courses for National Universities in Greece and Japan. Currently he is the Principal Investigator on a two year grant for the E-learning Center, Northern Arizona University, which addresses the technological needs of learners.EDUCAUSE Presentations
