Biography

Bill’s professional work has been focused on teaching, learning, and integrating technology in Higher Education. His hands have been in all parts of the student experience, from orientation to graduation. He’s designed and taught faculty development courses on online teaching and teaching in Active Learning Classrooms. He’s also taught online, graduate-level courses in instructional design and educational technology. His interests are in learning environments, student development, and the business of Higher Education. He has a bachelor's degree from Montana State University in Technology Education/Industrial Technology and a master's degree from Montana State University Billings in Educational Technology with an emphasis in Online Teaching and Learning. He also completed additional course work at Montana State in College Teaching. In his spare time, he likes to develop his plan for world domination.
