Bill Wisser

Biography

Bill Wisser, an Instructional Designer at the Graduate School of Education at Harvard University, helps faculty effectively incorporate technology into their courses. Recently, he was the Associate Director for Faculty Development at Simmons College, where he led the Blended Learning Initiative, a Sloan Foundation funded project. He holds a Ph.D. in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel and brings over seven years of classroom experience in both small and large universities to the position. He continues to teach as an adjunct in both face-to-face and online modalities. He is interested in efforts to promote the effective integration of technology into teaching, regardless of modality.
