Willow Sipling
Biography
Willow Sipling is an organizational sociologist focusing her research and writing on organizational ethics, religious fundamentalism, and conversion therapy. Willow is a sociology PhD student at Western Michigan University. She also spends time working within the community, serving as a nonprofit leader at OutCenter Southwest Michigan, on a research project with the Kalamazoo Public Defender, as a Board Member with the City of Kalamazoo Civil Rights Commission, and as a General Civil Mediator with Citizens Mediation Service. Willow is a lover of indoor climbing, dystopian and solarpunk literature, K-dramas, local cuisine, and spending time with friends.
