Billie Watts
Biography
Wilma "Billie" Watts has worked in Information Technology for over 30 years. Currently, she is Application Systems Manager at Western Washington University. Prior to management she has worked as a computer programmer, systems analyst, project leader and IT department manager. She is known for her "can do" attitude. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from Gonzaga University.EDUCAUSE Presentations
