Biography
Yosef is a seasoned IT professional with more than 23 years of total IT experience. His Higher Education positions have included senior technology leadership at Maricopa Community College District and Hamline University. Since leaving his administrative leadership position at Hamline University as Associate Vice President of Technology and Chief Information Officer, Yosef founded Inovus Technology Solutions in 2011. As President and Chief Strategist at Inovus Technology Solutions, Yosef has provided consulting services and critical leadership advice to top post-secondary institutions and commercial organizations, including Fortune 500 companies.
During his professional career he has kept abreast of technology through his career responsibilities that have included roles as Senior Enterprise Architect, Senior IT Strategist and Program/Project Manager. Yosef's responsibilities have required a keen understanding of the development and implementation of new technologies, as well as, the full COTS acquisition cycle including RFP, SOW, procurement activities, the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), Quality Management (QM), and Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) for system implementation objectives.
His system experience includes PeopleSoft, Oracle, Banner, Cognos, Business Objects and Microsoft. The type of systems include Student System (grades, transcripts, class schedule/registration, billing, academic programs, etc.), Enterprise Portal, HRMS (pay, benefits, time management, etc.), CRM and Financial Management System (financial reporting) integration.
