Biography

Zia Mafaher is the Assistant Vice President for Networks and Communication Systems at University of Maryland Baltimore. Mr. Mafaher received his Master's degree in Management from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and a Master's degree in Engineering from The Catholic University of America.
